Beef "Dino" Ribs
Seasoned with our Texas BBQ seasoning blend salt & pepper and your choice with BBQ sauce on or off.
BBQ Ribs
We use AAA Canadian pork farmers. Our pork ribs are cut St. Louis Style and smoked for 4-5 hours, then glazed with our signature Texas BBQ sauce.
BBQ Chicken
Our BBQ chicken is smoked for 3 hours then topped with our signature BBQ sauce.
BBQ Pulled Pork
Our pulled pork trays are weigh 5lbs. and perfect for special occasions and events. Enjoy our slow smoked pulled pork hot, sauced and ready to serve on buns or by the fork!
